We aim to deliver timely, practical and cost-effective guidance and representation across various trade-related arenas, including trade negotiations, the development and execution of national trade policies, compliance with international legal obligations and the resolution of disputes related to foreign direct investment.
Our services aims at trade and investment departments/agencies of developing country governments in particular, as well as NGOs, trade associations and private enterprises.
Our focus extends to examining and advising on the implications of policies, rules and procedures of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and its disputes settlement understanding.
Additionally, we advise on bilateral and regional trade systems, with a particular emphasis on the EU's trade relations with the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) Group. This includes a deep understanding of the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA) negotiations with the EU within the auspices of European Union law.
